OBJECTIVE:
To identify factors that cause abandonment among teenager in Malaysia. In addition, I also look at the negative effects of this problem to all parties, namely, individuals, communities and countries. Lastly, find the best ways and relevant to solve the problem of abandoned babies in these adolescents. All aspects i choose because many still do not know the problems baby dumping among teens. Moreover, this issue is one of the issues for a comprehensive coverage of the media and often widely discussed by all parties concerned about this problem.
INTRODUCTION:
As a Malaysian citizen, we proud to know that Malaysia lead to a more competitive level rooted in science and technology. But did we try to look more deeply in despite the modernization? We have forgotten the social development in the country. Every day, If we look at news paper. A lot of issue’s reported about abandoned babies all over the place like in the toilet, along ditches, and so on. Those who are irresponsible abandon babies blindly without any feeling of nature and humanity.
The issue of abandonment is never-ending past few years can be considered as an epidemic or disaster to the country and the most heartbreaking are the innocent baby not only wasted, but also burned. Those who do this are individuals who have no dignity and barbarism. Is not no more humanity in them is not responsible for this.
I was study to find the factors that cause the problem of abandoned babies in Malaysia, especially involving teenager. Because of this matter and it was a very serious problem. It’s has opened my eyes and make me willing to help and assist in resolving of increasing this issue seriously. In addition, this study also has identified the effects of abandonment problems among adolescents in Malaysia. If the community be aware of the impact of this abandonment, there would have cases of abandoned babies is reduced.
Those who involve in these dumping babies are usually those who have stuck on situation free sex. They throw the baby. So they hope, they have the opportunity to lead a new life. Also they want to avoid from being mocked, ridiculed and condemned by the local community about their behavior. To avoid they feel like that. For me, this is a good chance and opportunity to get close to them. We suppose to help them and give a moral support in facing the challenges in life.
Besides that, there also got a member of society who just points their finger to the youths when it happens of abandonment. In their view, youth generation is a trigger of dumping baby happen. Because they are often adopt free sex. Worse still, people consider teenagers who like to practice free sex is not useful for the country. Society must change their perception that teens like this does not continue to drift brought modernization. Like Malay proverb says that "Buang yang keruh, Ambillah yang jernih".
In reality, the killings of children overcome the brutality of life. Animals may kill their children at birth, but most of the survival factor (made food). But for humans, they have lost their humanity because the worship life of lust. I’ve been hear some quote say “the man can be more noble than the angels if they can beat sense of desire, but they will be worse than animals, if life rooted passions". Accordingly, I managed to get a lot of steps to reduce the problem of abandoned babies that from happening. Indeed, the problem of abandoned babies can be repelled if there is awareness and a sense of responsibility in each individual. Here some Malay proverbs saying, "Hendak seribu daya, tak hendak seribu dalih".

LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT / RELIGIOUS UNDERSTANDING.
The lack of guide and guidelines has resulted in their teenage lives lost direction in life and then engage in negative symptoms, such as free association and so on. Teenagers who engage in relationship between men and women are definitely outside the natural relationship. This has led to the girls pregnant before they have been marriage. In these situations, the teenager who lost faith, do not hesitate to remove and leave their children after birth. Worse, got some teenagers to kill and burn the babies that are expressed simply want to eliminate evidence of the result of their affair.
INFLUENCE OF PEERS
In addition, the influence of peers can also cause problems in cases of abandonment among teens occur. This is because, at a young age, the youth are easily influenced by their peers. It got worse when they interact with peers negative and immoral. Negative peers will not hesitate to invite young people to do things outside of religion and norms of society such as going to places of entertainment, drugs, hanging out, doing free mixing of men and women, and so on. Those are involve doesn’t feel unashamedly sexual promiscuity, and ultimately a dead end to find that her pregnancy. In a desperate situation, they had to throw their babies in order to avoid contamination and family dignity.
COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR
In addition, the attitude of society who likes to criticize and punish baby dumping also cause this to happen. When a teenage girl gave birth to illegitimate, certainly the local community and looked at an oblique insult him. Indirectly, the girls also would be considered degrading family. Teenage girls feel pressured to burden alone without support from various quarters. In order to protect its own image, the family, the teenager took the easy way out by throwing her baby due to fear looked disgusted and humiliated by society. Taken the easy way to prove that they need guidance and support from the community to solve the problems they experience.
CURIOSITY
The last factor is the attitude of teenagers who are looking for something new or curiosity. Curiosity about something does exist within young people. Usually, they like to try something new. Each item is prohibited, that want to explore them. Teenagers think they grow up if things rarely attempted by others, even more sexually promiscuous. They also considered that during teenage age, they should have fun and be glad to do things like free sex. Teenagers who want to try something. Does not know actually the good and bad side and the consequences they get from them. As matured teenagers, they must think rationally and wisely in evaluating .For their best future. As malay proverb said, "Sesal dahulu pendapatan, sesal kemudian tiada berguna"

Impact on BABY
As we know, Babies are the most precious gift from God to married couples, but also the burden to couples who have stuck and not willing to assume responsibility in the young age (Teens). As a result, they loss of humanity in themselves, babies have become victims; all babies that survive and are alive do not know and get the love of their natural parents. These babies also got title of an illegitimate child throughout their lives even if they become a victim of circumstances in this matter. Furthermore, these baby are still small and do not understand what is happening to them. What's worse, they throw the babies to quite places and away from public view, until it cause of babies are dying innocent.
Impact to MOTHER BABY
This is because, when the offenders have children, they are not in comfortable circumstances and situations and permits. Without careful preparation, this offender would have a serious infection, injury during childbirth, and also a lot of blood loss. Majority of them have children with his own strength without any help of the hospital and others. In addition, offenders are definitely experiencing various problems faced such as depression, loss of confidence, and emotional problems. This is a result of their own doing that is wrong in law, religion, and country.
Impact of the FAMILY
When the institution of the family collapsed, harmony in the family also affected. This is because parents feel embarrassed having a child such that his behavior. They regard such children have been scribbling their coal face. What they fear is their neighborhood would looked with suspicion and negative to their families. Due to the problem of abandoned babies is also the problem of divorce occurs. Parents of teenagers involved in immoral acts are fighting and blaming each other. As a parent, do not continue to blame their children but to help with support and guidance to survive.
Impact on SOCIETY
The next effects to society. It will give a bad image of society when this baby dumping issue’s happen. They feel embarrassed and disappointed with what happened. Of course teenagers accused in this case as often, teenagers are the largest group involved in this activity. As Malay proverb said “Kerana Nila setitik, Rosak susu sebelangga". This proverb suitable with the current situation is. Society has to accept the consequences as a result of immoral activities, and indirectly creates the perception of outsiders about the credibility of the local community in preventing such cases from happening.
Impact on COUNTRY
Also assume a huge impact to our country, fall and rise of a nation that depends entirely on the character of youth or generation present. Among the impacts that would occur is the development of national economy stagnated and difficult to expand due to the existence of this social phenomenon. Moreover, government wills spending increased to accommodate the baby was placed in social welfare homes. This is because, usually baby found will placed in social welfare homes as temporary housing. At the same time, they will look for the baby's parents and if not found, the house would be the welfare of their permanent placement. Things like this would burden the government and relevant parties in terms of money.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Attitude of baby dumping is the most vicious and depraved crime, and more contemptible status of animals. Even we know that animals are better because they know how to take care their child till willing to die for the safety and lives of children. So effective should be taken by all parties to curb social ills so that no more children born outside of marriage are idle and do not get affection.
ROLE OF PARENTS
To solve this problem from long term. Parents should give their attention, affection and guidance on their children, especially in young generation. If a parent is doesn’t give enough love then the children will find compassion from others as peers. Therefore, parents must play an important role in shaping the character of their children. So their children do not to fall into the valley of sin such as sexual promiscuity, free association, and so on.
ROLE OF SCHOOL
school also plays as a role to create the personal character of teenagers who involve with this problem. The school administration should establish by provide comprehensive education through curricular and extra-curricular school / institution of higher education, intervention and involvement parents. Education is an important element in prevention strategies and the school is a most effectiveness institution to produce a society free of social ills. To achieve above, all parties should give commitment, cooperation, and to pursue various approaches.
PREVENTION BEFORE OCCURRED
Prevention is a long-term strategy which aims preventing a person from engaging in unhealthy symptoms such as free mixing of men and women, and so on. Although these symptoms start with an individual problem, but if we not secure, it will have a deep impression on whole surroundings society. The problem baby dumping may be classified as one of the most critical crime in Malaysia. All parties must work together to create awareness about the effects and dangers of baby dumping.
Besides, they also need to stimulate the participation by all the local communities in efforts fight the problem baby dumping is get worse. Every individual, family and community need to work together and play a role in the prevention of these symptoms and ensure that their area is clear of this phenomena. Local community should also come forward in assisting the government in implementing prevention programs such as free socializing in their area. For Long-term strategy is also to promote awareness to everyone that free mixing harm to self, family and community.
CONCLUSION:
By refer at the problems and symptoms. This issue of baby dumpling is a critical issue. Action to control it has reached a point which is considered desperate. Although there are many studies conducted by various parties on the attitude and behavior of young generations. But they are more focus on of academic study and it is usually a general way. Because so many causes that occur, action to curb the problem no longer focused. Although there are suggestions on how to overcome this problem, but it all ended at the table discussions, forums or seminars.
Higher authority such as government bodies and non-government must be more alert and organized many lectures or motivation to youth so that they get more information about this condition and realize the impact and dangers of immoral acts. With the efforts made jointly and comprehensive, it somewhat reduces the problem from continuing to be a deadly disease in Malaysia. No one should be pointing fingers at the other, because each of us is a member of the community.
